Types of Number

                 Here we are going to discuss about the numbers.

Types of Numbers 

1)  Natural Numbers : Counting numbers 1,2,3, ... are called natural numbers.
          Note : Except zero all the numbers are called natural numbers

2) Whole Numbers :  All counting numbers together with zero form the set of whole numbers. Thus,
          (i) Zero is the only whole number which is not a natural number.
          (ii) Every natural number is a whole number
3) Integers : All the numbers, 0 and negatives of counting numbers are called integers.
          (i) Positive integers : ( 1, 2, 3, 4, ...) is the set of all positive integers.
          (ii) Negative integers : ( -1, -2. -3 ...) is the set of all negative integers.
         (iii) Non positive and Non- negative integers : 0 is the neither positive nor negative.
4) Even Numbers : A number divisible by 2 is called an even number. e.g 2, 4.6,8.10....

5) Odd Numbers : A number not divisible by 2 is called an Odd number e.g. 1,3,5,...

6) Prime Numbers : A number greater than 1 is called a prime number, if it has exactly two factors, namely 1 and the number itself.

7) Composite Numbers : Numbers greater than 1 which are not prime, are known as composite numbers.  e.g 6,8,10.. 

Note : 
              (i) 1 is neither prime nor composite.
              (ii) 2 is the only even number which is prime
              (iii) There are 25 prime numbers between 1 and 100.

All advertising agencies are equipped to plan, create and launch a campaign, successful advertising depends on the creative interaction of a number of disciplines. A well-established advertising agency has several departments but in a small agency a person attends to various items of work. The organizational set-up of an advertising agency may be divided into following departments.

Client servicing: is the term used for liaising between the client and agency. The major role of client services is to interpret to the public the advantages of the client’s product or service. A good client service executive should develop the client’s faith and respect for the agency.

Creative Department: is responsible for executing the advertising plan proposed by the client service. This department writes, directs and illustrates advertisements, co- ordinating with other departments of the agency. This department designs the ad in the form they appear in print, audio-visual or display.
Media Department: is responsible for planning, scheduling booking and purchase of space and time (in newspapers, magazines, radio and TV and out-door boarding’s)

Production Department: is responsible for the final look of the advertisement of release in newspapers, magazines, posters and bill-boards. Agencies usually depends upon independent producers or TV COMMERCIALS.

Market Research: Department: Market researches undertaken to find out public response to a product/service it helps in planning a new product.
